Rich Fork Room Reservation Form

Rooms are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from a staff member.  Sundays are reserved for church-related activities. Facilities cannot be used for profit making events.  If you use a caterer they will need to provide a "Certificate of Insurance" with Rich Fork as an additional insured. Reservation requests dates must be within 6 months of the date of the request. 

If you require use of video projection, sound or lighting equipment you will need to contact Joshua Quincey, Audio/Video Director. We do not use Power Point. If you have a Power Point presentation you will need to supply Joshua with all slides in a .jpg format one week before the event. If we do not have that format we cannot be sure your information will work. As of 6/25/2024 Rich Fork no longer offers A/V  or lighting resources.
